Who we are

New Guard Property Hub operates this website and web application for U.S. residential property discovery and transaction management. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, chosen roles, and city and state if you provide them.

Property and transaction information: listings you create, saved homes, saved searches, tour requests, inquiries, offers, mortgage readiness inputs, valuation inputs and documents you record.

Technical information: standard server logs and the information your browser sends when it requests a page.

How we use it

To operate your account, show your saved activity, route inquiries to the right recipient and maintain transaction records.

To review listings and agent profiles submitted for verification.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in our managed cloud database. Access is restricted by row-level security rules so that, as a general matter, you can only read and write your own records, and counterparties can only see the records shared with them through an inquiry, offer or transaction.

Sharing

When you send an inquiry, request a tour or submit an offer, the relevant contact details and message are shared with the listing owner or representing agent.

We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication and email delivery. They process data on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law.

Your choices

You can update your profile, delete saved homes and saved searches, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information.

Security

We use authenticated access, encrypted transport and database-level access rules. No online service can promise perfect security, and we will not claim otherwise.

We will never email you wire instructions or ask for banking credentials.

Changes

This is a pre-launch policy and will be expanded as the product and our regulatory footprint develop. Material changes will be posted on this page.
